1.0.4 Balance Patch

So, word on the street is that we're getting a patch, 1.0.4, which will include changes for the sake of balance. Sakurai tweeted this:

"We are planning to release the next patch (Ver. 1.0.4) within the month.

This patch will adjust the game balance by refining the strengths of some fighters. It also includes various other gameplay fixes."

What do you guys expect them to change? Do you expect mostly buffs or nerfs?

Whatever it is, I hope it isn't too much. There has been word of Luma's respawn time going up.
This update will also render replays unviewable so something gameplay related must be chaning.

Well they certainly did some agreeable things with this balance patch.
