The game has been leaked and information is slowly coming out.

I stayed up way too late for all of this. Day before final is not a good time for smash to be leaking.

but everyone except ROB has been seen from the ESRB leak so well know the full roster soon.

The ROB has been unlocked, and according to the game, thats all the characters.
No Ridley, K Rool, Mewtwo.. and Sakurai teased us about Ridley so bad

I guess the ESRB Roster was the full one after. I was *really* hoping for more...

Well, now we know. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the roster. There are some fellows that I'd like to see in, but we shouldn't rule out the possibility of new characters via DLC.

So apparently we now know what that "Wii U" button on the main menu screen is: it allows you to use the 3ds as a controller for the Wii U version. I don't exactly understand why you would want to, but there you go.

ahh really? i guess thats kinda cool lol if  im playing on the wii u, ill use my gamecube controller, but its good for people who like 3ds controllers

Theres a lot of people still hoping that they still have some characters saved up for the wiiu version.

Didn't they say at some point that the characters between the two versions are the same?

I remember someone saying (or hoping for I should say) that there might be some more characters left. They will be DLC for the 3DS but the Wii U is gonna come with them already. I doubt it myself but it'd be a really nice surprise.

its a very very big longshot to get more characters, im really hoping we do, that character select screen looks incomplete to me, maybe the wii u one will have a surprise

To me it seems like they pushed for a faster release date to get the game out earlier.(same with mario kart8) and are going to fill out the holes with some dlc.

That'd be pretty awesome, but I'm good either way. Still have an awesome new Smash to play where tripping is gone and Bowser doesn't suck! Our roster is pretty substantial either way, and they seem to have done a lot in the way of character balancing. That's what I care about more, a good roster rather than a huge one.

I'm just really excited to see how custom moves are gonna change the metagame. Imagine all the counterpicking and matchups you can have with it. We may have top tier charcters being countered by lower tier based on different sets.

lets see if custom movesets will be tourny viable. so far it seems they might. im really hoping for dlc..just maaaaaayybe lol either way though im really hyped to play the full game, and even more hype for the wii u version

It'd be cool if custom movesets are tourny viable. It can adjust your character so you won't struggle on a certain match-up or if you just prefer another one of his/her moves. (in a way it's *kinda* like street fighter where each character has more than one ultra to chose from.)
